As a DDAR Staff Support employee, you likely had the DCF Curriculum, modules 1-3, assigned to your LRN transcript for completion. The curriculum provides key foundational knowledge of Penn State’s approach to fundraising in a reasonably-paced, easy-to-digest format. If you did not complete this training and would like to, please contact me at jmd149@psu.edu and I will add it to your LRN transcript. Additionally, please let me know if you would like modules 4-7 added to your transcript. Modules 4-7 are required of our MGOs and Development Senior Staff but you may request them as an optional addition to your transcript.

Additional information about the modules:
Unlike other “canned” professional development programs, this is a unique focused and impactful series of e-learnings that articulate the core components of how we fundraise at Penn State. Several of our most experienced staff members were involved in all aspects of building the curriculum.
