After several years of working, my Vasco Security Token died yesterday. I tried calling the AIS help desk, but they were unable to help me. They said that I need to purchase a new one, but didn’t know how to do that. I have IBIS documents that need to be resolved and am currently unable to do this without a VASCO security token. If anyone has a name or email address that would point me in the right direction, that would be great.
You will need to send an email to DDARSecurity@psu.edu. Let them know you need a security token because yours doesn’t work anymore. If your able to pick up the token let them know that too. You would need to pick it up at Bristol Place I, located off campus.
