Our traveling gift officers are running into VPN/WIFI connectivity problems while on the road. They work on the road a lot, so this is really interfering with their ability to do their jobs. I contacted IS and they suggested getting a MIFI (a shared device hotspot) to use during travels. Has anyone with traveling staff run into this problem and/or know of any solutions?
