Membership Objectives and Responsibilities:
- Organize training, retreats and networking opportunities for DDAR staff support;
- Serve as an advocate for the staff support of the division;
- Act in an advisory capacity to the division’s leadership;
- Serve as a liaison between staff support and the leadership of the division;
- Provide input on issues affecting staff and the division;
- Foster a spirit of unity, cooperation, and professionalism.
- The committee is comprised of up to 18 members serving a maximum of three 3-year terms (a total of 9 years, January-December).
- The committee holds meetings as often as once per month, subcommittees may meet more often as needed.
- As a committee, we encourage a diverse group of members from various colleges, campuses and units within the division. Anyone who serves in a support role for the division, regardless of whether he or she is paid by DDAR, is eligible to serve on the committee with the consent from his or her supervisor.
